The Botticino Classico marble is owned by the Consortium of Botticino Classico Marble Producers.
All vendors of Botticino Classico marble worldwide must be licensed to use the mark, pursuant to the law (Legislative Decree no. 30, February 10, 2005, Italian Civil Code, and article 17, Italian Penal Code).
Companies interested in using the Mark must apply to the Consortium for a Licence.
