Nel 2005 Lombarda Marmi con il Consorzio Produttori Marmo Botticino Classico, a
cui è associata, partecipa alla registrazione del Marchio Collettivo Marmo Botticino
Classico, credendo in questa risposta strategica e lungimirante con cui valorizzare e
tutelare l’identità del marmo Botticino Classico, materiale pregiato e riconosciuto in
tutto il mondo per le sue straordinarie qualità fisico-meccaniche ed estetiche.

Nell’ottica di un orientamento teso ad una costante crescita, nel 2015 Lombarda
Marmi si focalizza maggiormente sulla propria visione aziendale ed i propri asset

Lombarda Marmi begins its adventure in the quarrying sector of Botticino Classico
in 1997. The shared philosophy is to give value and importance to what natural stone
represents: beauty, authenticity, naturalness. Features with a timeless charm, conveyed

Thanks to its experience of over 70 years, MGI is today one of the main Italian partners for
production and innovation in the international marble industry. The materials extracted
and sold by the MGI Group - in its own quarries - in addition to Botticino Classico®, the
core of Lombarda Marmi’s activity - are the precious and high-end Statuario Caldia® and
Calacatta Caldia®, the Perlato Sicilia Cofano® and the Riviera Beige®, the Bianco Carrara,
the Lapys Grey® and last but not least the Verde Issorie®.
In 2005 Lombarda Marmi through the action of the Consortium of Botticino Classico
Marble Producers, to which it belongs, promoted the creation and registration of the
Collective Marble Brand Botticino Classico, believing in a strategic and far-sighted
response to enhance and protect the identity of Botticino Classico marble, a precious
material recognized worldwide for its extraordinary physical-mechanical and aesthetic
qualities. With a view of constant growth, in 2015 Lombarda Marmi focused more on
its corporate vision and its standards: safety, quality and attention to the environment,

through the recognition and certification of the production system; offering a further

guarantee to customers and employees on product quality, safety of workplace and
constant attention to the environment. Lombarda Marmi has thus managed to be the first

company ever, in the Italian stone industry, to obtain a ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
